The Board of Commissioners of the Palatine Hill Water District will hold a public hearing at 5:30 P.M. on February 5, 2025, at Riverdale School, 11733 SW Breyman Avenue, Portland, OR 97219, to consider an increase to its bi-monthly water rates to:

$180.00 for up to the first 10 CCF used, up from $150.00

$ 6.60 per CCF for over 10 and up to 50 CCF used, up from $5.50

$ 7.80 per CCF for over 50 and up to 100 CCF used, up from $6.50

$ 10.80 per CCF for over 100 CCF used, up from $9.00

These rates will become effective beginning March 1, 2025.
